We are recent college grads on a mission to meet women who have built careers around their passions, ranging from farming to finance.

After 20 years of school, over $200K in tuition, 13 internships combined, and even more hours spent in the library, we were ready to go! Yet, after graduating college, we became excited and overwhelmed by all of the things we could choose to be and do.

We are looking to inspire and be inspired, ROUTE BY ROUTE by EXTRA-ordinary women who have built their careers around what they believe in. We want to hear their struggles, hear their successes, and most of all see the human behind the career woman.

Raffi Sapire What did you study in college? Urban Studies and economics. Did you know that the global population is expected to hit 10bn in 2050? With the majority of growth happening in the informal cities of developing countries!? Favorite quotation? I love this quote by John Stuart Mill on his friendship with his wife Harriet: "I formed the friendship which has been the honour and chief blessing of my existence, as well as the source of a great part of all that I have attempted to do, or hope to effect hereafter, for human improvement." - Mill Trait you most dislike in yourself? Impatience. I get sassy when I have to wait. Favorite misadventure? Dropping out of school my junior year and backpacking around Southeast Asia and Europe for 5 months! (I graduated this past December)
